When I combine my yoga practice with breathing and meditation, it takes me to another dimension where I can switch off and leave this "unreality". The fluidity of the yoga asanas combined with the life-giving force of prana and the contemplative visualizations of meditation join together to bring peace and calm to my inner sanctum, giving me the courage to survive and live.

Yoga and Meditation Mixes - New to My Repertoire
While practicing yoga and meditating for many years, I've listened to thousands of hours of yoga music and been deeply moved and inspired by what I've heard. I am truly grateful that other musicians and composers around the globe have devoted themselves to creating this magical genre of music.
Lately, I've been experimenting with "Cosmic Zoom" and "Inner Sanctum" by adding my original analog field recordings to the remixes and looping the end results into 17 minute sequences.
While incorporating my new tracks as a musical background into my daily yoga practice, I find them to be soothing and relaxing while at the same time allowing me to regenerate while travelling through time and space during meditation.
Please have a listen and see for yourself!
I'll be publishing all further new releases on my Bandcamp site, so stay tuned. More good stuff on the way! Thanks for your support.
