Fall is still in the air where I live. Even though out mornings are getting darker and cooler, it's always a joy to get up early and get some shots!
Having had a super summer, it's wonderful to watch the landscape gracefully change its colors and listen to the cool fresh breeze rustling the carpet of leaves around us. Yellow, orange, red and gold are the vibrant palette of colors decorating our Canadian woods, mountains, urban streets and lake lands. Soon we'll be seeing the morning frost and bare trees, reminding us that old man winter is on his way!
I hope you enjoy these photos I took in this beautiful park surrounding a man made lake. Every spring, the Canadian geese and Mallard ducks migrate to these neighborhood parks to nest. Here, they enjoy our warm and dry summer until their departure beckons them to warmer climes with their young flocks in tow.
I cherish the annual four seasons we experience here. They're magical, good for the soul and mostly great photo ops for us outdoor photography enthusiasts. Nothing compares to the beauty of nature. Be kind to it!
